Livonia Partners Fund II is supported by a number of institutional investors, including Baltic and Nordic pension funds, international institutions and private investors. All Livonia Partners Fund I investors continue to invest in Livonia Fund II, which has also attracted a number of new investors.

Livonia Partners will continue to invest in successful companies in the Baltics and other regions that demonstrate entrepreneurship and strong growth potential. The value of these companies usually ranges from 10 to 100 million euros. The Livonia team actively works with the owners and managers of the portfolio companies to help them become leaders in their industry and market. An example is the data transmission and IT security solutions company Santa Monica Networks, in which Livonia Fund I has invested.
The fund will continue the first fund’s investment strategy by investing in buy-out capital. In addition, Livonia Fund II will make a significant contribution to Livonia’s conviction of the need to have a positive impact on the environment and society: the fund commits to investing at least 10% in capital projects addressing climate change and environmental sustainability.
Since the establishment of the first fund in 2015, Livonia Partners has completed 16 investment transactions, creating a successful portfolio of Baltic and Nordic companies with more than 2,000 employees and total revenues in excess of € 250 million.
The manager of Livonia Fund II is registered in Latvia and the fund is established in Latvia. The activities of the Fund Manager are regulated by the Financial and Capital Market Commission. Livonia Partners Fund II was advised by the international law firm Ropes & Gray and the law firm Ellex Kļaviņš.
Livonia Partners is a Baltic private equity firm that currently manages 230 million euros. The founders and managers of the company are Kaido Veske, Kristīne Bērziņa, Rain Lõhmus and Mindaugas Utkevičius. The team works in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The fund’s investors are local and international institutional investors.
