Deconfinement continues in Belgium. It is now possible for Belgians to cross the border to do their shopping and see their family.

As of today, Belgians can cross the border to see their families and also to do their shopping, announced interior ministers Pieter De Crem and foreign ministers Philippe Goffin.
This measure is valid in both directions. Our neighbors can now come shopping with us too.
With regard to the family, the Minister asked the GEES expert group for an opinion on an application of the four-person measure to cross-border visits. Several talks with neighboring countries also took place on this issue. As RTBF explains, the ministerial decree will be adapted and published in the Belgian Official Gazette.
The minister added that strict adherence to the measure was necessary in order to limit the spread of the virus.
