Representatives of the shopping center told LETA agency that “Teika Plaza” is owned by “EF Mall” SIA, while “Teika Plaza” shopping center is managed by international real estate services company “Colliers”.
Information on “Firmas.lv” shows that “EF Mall” was registered in 2021. The share capital of the company is two million euros. 95% of the company’s capital belongs to Cyprus “RRE tradecenters hold limited”, and 5% belongs to Jelena Buraja. The real advantage of the company is Leonid Esterkin.
In 2023, the company operated with a turnover of 1.005 million euros and a profit of 828,931 euros.
It was already reported that in December 2023, the Riga city court declared the former store manager “Elkor” SIA “ETG” bankrupt.
The companies that managed the shopping centers “Elkor” and “Podium” SIA “Elkor grupa”, “ETG”, SIA “Elkor Food & Wine” and SIA “Elkor Gift Shop” changed owners in 2022, which ‘ replacing Ilzi Laurāni (formerly Popova).

When asked about Laurane’s cooperation with “Elkor” in the future, Feldmanis said that with the redistribution of capital shares Laurane’s relationship with “Elkor” has come to an end. No other changes were planned for “Elkor”.

All the mentioned companies came under the ownership of Laurane last year between August and December, less than a year after the death of the founder of “Elkor” and the owner of the previous companies, Aleksandrs Popovs.
