The newly in love handball professional Ola Hoftun Lillelien (22) says that he has only received positive feedback after he emerged as gay last week.

– Was so happy with this year’s Easter bunny, so I kept him. Thank you, Tinder, Lillelien writes in one Instagram posts Saturday, where he posted several photos of himself and Jonathan Høiland.
To VG, Drammen HK player Lillelien confirms that he and Høiland are lovers.
– We met in February, so it has gone relatively fast. But when you have spent almost every day together since February, you notice if there is something there, says Lillelien.
– He is incredibly caring. He has been a huge support in recent days, along with family and friends of course. It’s nice to have someone on the trip, who takes care of you.
Lillelien stood out as gay in one Instagram posts April 21, the same day as it was marked that it is 50 years since homosexuality was decriminalized in Norway.
The handball professional says that the last week has been very hectic, and that he and Høiland first became lovers through a conversation earlier this week.
– There had been very little time for us the last week, and there were many who should have a piece of Ola. Then we had a nice conversation about it, and I had a bad conscience. I bought a bouquet of roses as a thank you for super support, and to show that I appreciated him, says Lillelien.
– Jonathan said that I had to say that he was a very good guy, he continues and laughs.
And Lillelien spoke to VG last weekendhe said he had only received positive feedback.
That still applies.
– It has been nice to get a lot of messages, which have been exclusively positive, says Lillelien and continues:
– You do not get free from the phone, and have to answer the same questions over and over again. You actually share something quite private, so in that sense it is tiring. In any case, I have come out of it well with support from Jonathan, friends and family, says Lillelien.
He talks to VG on the phone just before he gets on the plane to Stavanger, before the trip continues to Nye Loen and the return match against Nærbø in the European Cup semi-final.
Drammen HK won the first match 30-27and bring with it a good starting point before the final ticket will be handed out at Jæren from 18:00 on Sunday.
– It is sold out, so it will probably be a good cook. I hope we win, says Lillelien.
