The company DOMINGAS SARIMATA – CONTBILIDADE E GESTÃO (DSCG) launched more than 30 trainers, who completed the Initial Pedagogical Training of Trainers, with the necessary training and qualifications to respond to the country’s challenges
Founded on December 12, 2019, Domingas Sarimata Contabilidade e Gestão, LDA provides consultancy, accounting, taxation, human resources, auditing, business management, feasibility studies and professional training services.

Testimonials from trainees On August 19th, a group of trainees completed the Initial Pedagogical Training for Trainers, which culminated in the certificate delivery ceremony on October 21st, in Luanda, with a workload of 96 hours.
Courses can also be taken intensively and training will soon be available online. The best graduates have the opportunity to be part of the company’s professional staff, in addition to DSCG helping them navigate the job market. One of the former graduates is Domingos Sá Alexandre da Silva, 42 years old, an employee of the Luanda Port Management Society.

He said it was an added value in that he was able to acquire a lot of knowledge that he didn’t expect. “People want to teach, but they don’t have the knowledge of how to teach. In this situation it is necessary to take the course”, she said, considering learning to be a very valuable asset.
“It’s one thing to know the practice, step by step; how we, the trainers, should position ourselves in a training room; and another thing is that we don’t have this knowledge. I recommend that you look for DS now and take this course, as you will not be the same person”, he said.
