Irapuato.- For at least three weeks, the residents of the Colonia Independencia or visitors to the Don Bosco shopping plaza, risk their lives traveling near a storm drain without a lid. The settlers have reported the damage on several occasions and to date no solution has been found.
On a daily basis, the inhabitants of the Colonia Independencia and visitors to the Don Bosco shopping plaza, risk their lives walking along one of the sidewalks of the Colosio Boulevard, because one of the storm drains is open.
“We already have almost a month, with that hole open, we have already reported because if it is a danger and more at night that nothing is seen, hopefully they will fix it before an accident happens,” said the residents of Colonia Independencia .
The storm drain became a garbage container, where drink bottles, fry bags and candy wrappers and even masks abound.
