A survey from Great Britain came up with interesting results. The experts focused on the connection between the driver’s intelligence and his car. They discovered that Škoda owners are the smartest.
Experts from Great Britain questioned whether the driver’s car is somehow related to his intelligence. That’s why the portal Scrap Car Comparison conducted a survey in which more than 2,000 drivers were subjected to an IQ test.
Finally, the average IQ for different groups of drivers was calculated from the results. Experts divided them, for example, by car brand, color or drive type.
Skoda drivers are the most intelligent
Owners of brand cars fared best Škoda. “Our research showed that Škoda drivers were the most intelligent among the owners of the 22 car brands included in the study, with an average IQ of 99,” the portal states. The owners of brand cars followed Suzuki (98,09) a Peugeot (97.79). On the other hand, at the other end of the scale were the drivers of brand cars Land Rover (88,58), Fiat (90,14) a BMW (91,68).
In addition, the portal’s previous research showed that Škoda drivers also tend to have the least tendency to psychopathy. “Which perhaps proves that they could be calmer on the roads,” experts think.

Even the color matters
For some, the color of the car may be far more important than its brand. The survey showed that drivers with white they did the best with the car and their average IQ value was 95.71. Not even in case grey or red the colors were not bad results. On the contrary, people got burned green with a stinger.

Electric cars have become quite popular in recent years and more and more people are buying them. While these drivers are trying to help the environment, according to the research, owners of cars with gasoline engines are the most intelligent. They achieved an average IQ of 94.35.

In addition, the survey found that owners of personalized license plates are less intelligent (average IQ 91.95) than those who had their license plates assigned (average IQ 94.15).
