SF “Mayday” and NADRB came across such individuals. Lowly, impudent and brazen.
On March 5, 2022 we received a call from Yasen Tsvetkov – Chairman of the National Association of Volunteers in the Republic of Bulgaria to provide assistance in helping a refugee from the war in Ukraine. A woman of about 40 years with a child of 6 years – a boy.
We were provided with a telephone number and address for the delivery of basic foodstuffs. The contact person is Sylvia.
Today, March 6, 2022, after a preliminary conversation at 10:00 am, we received information from Sylvia that the woman was accommodated in a house in the village of Kochevo, 24 km from Plovdiv, in a detached house.
After an appointment, going to the place to call for more information, the conversation ended.
Around noon, after purchasing the necessary products for the “family” and several attempts to contact Mrs. Sylvia, we set off and waited on the way to contact and get an address or directions for the location of the woman and child.
YES NO !!!
After 18 unanswered calls, things fell into place.
The mentioned woman – Silvia Krumova, we already have enough information about her, she has been repeatedly accused of fraud similar to this one.
This woman has repeatedly misled people in various schemes.
I guess she wants to continue this way, but here we will personally say – YES but NO.
Ms. Silvia Krumova, no matter what your plans are, things will not be according to your plan. They will be on another plan. That of the State or more precisely of the Police Service.
Ms. Krumova, tomorrow you will be charged with fraud, abuse and whatever else lawyers can think of from the data available to the NADRB.
And Ms. Krumova, we are not angry that we spent X money in one day to fill 6 bags of food for a mother with a child in need. We are not angry that we took our only day off from work because of someone in need. Yes, Mrs. Sylvia, we work. We are not breadwinners like you who wonder who and how to cheat.
Unfortunately, we don’t know for sure yet, but if we learn – we will share them with people. Yes with those who cheat and lie.
Ms. Krumova, these bags of products did not go to waste. They went to a donation collection center for needy people in Ukraine or refugees from Ukraine here in Bulgaria. We found a way to help someone again. We have found a way to show that one can and should help people in need.
