Singgih said that the symptoms of lupus are mostly similar to other diseases. Therefore, the diagnosis of lupus is quite difficult.
In addition, the inflammation that occurs due to lupus can attack various organs of the body. This causes lupus symptoms to vary from one patient to another.

“Even so, there are a number of common symptoms that usually occur, such as joint pain and stiffness and rashes on the skin, especially on the cheeks and nose and are often called the ‘butterfly rush’,” he said.
