Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Russian forces will attack Ukrainian positions near Donetsk, but reiterated that the new tactics will require extra time. This became clear from his speech before the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.
Putin also said that Russian forces will complete the “special military operation” in Ukraine.
Putin called on Russian forces to refrain from completely destroying cities aimed at “liberating”, ignoring the destruction that Russian forces have inflicted on Ukrainian cities, and heavy artillery tactics, which Russian forces are currently implementing in Severodonetsk.
