Propagandists urged the Kremlin to resume strikes against Ukrainian infrastructure. At the same time, there were no statements on the use of nuclear weapons in response.
ISW said the collapse of a strip of the Crimean bridge would limit the movement of the Russian army to repair the bridge, forcing some Russian forces to rely on the ferry service for some time.

Recall that the day before around six in the morning truck exploded on the Crimean bridge, after which the fuel tanks caught fire. Traffic was suspended due to damage, but was restored to a limited extent in the evening.
According to Mikhail Podolyak, advisor to the head of the President’s Office, the explosion of the Crimean bridge could be organized the Russians themselves. He explained it as a consequence of the confrontation between the FSB and the army.
