VIVA – There are several car legendary family that is present in Indonesia, one of which is Isuzu Panther. Unlike other vehicles in the segment, this model is only available in a diesel engine version.
The Isuzu Panther began production in Indonesia in 1991, and initially came with a 2,300cc engine capacity. Along with the times, the Japanese company then replaced it with a 2,500cc heart pacemaker.
After 29 years of mass production and sale in the country, PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia decided to end the model. In addition to decreasing demand, they are also constrained by the government’s plan to impose Euro 4 emission regulations.
