It seems that the adventure of Dimitris Papadimitriou had a happy ending. The 78-year-old from Kozani had gone on a trip to Istanbul, but his tracks had been lost in the last seven days.
An alarm was immediately raised and efforts to locate him began. On Thursday there were testimonies from four people that they had seen him in a park but had not been able to locate him.
On Friday morning, a taxi driver reportedly reported that the 78-year-old was inside his vehicle. His daughter speaking to kozan.gr said: “They told us he is fine. I can’t tell you anything else right now. At least he can walk and talk. That’s what they told us.”
