New Delhi: The Supreme Court has canceled the advance bail of four defendants, including the former DGP, in the ISRO spy case. The court transferred the case to the Kerala High Court for individual consideration of the defendant’s early release requests. The reason should be disposed of within four weeks. The Supreme Court said no arrests should be made for five weeks.

Durgadhat, Former Deputy Director of Intelligence Bureau RB Sreekumar, Former Deputy Central Intelligence Officer PS The CBI had applied to the Supreme Court to cancel Jayaprakash’s early bail. The CBI said the defendant should be questioned in custody to find out the facts in the case of national significance and that the charges brought against the defendant are serious.
