A soldier was mistakenly injured by the Israeli occupation forces while firing a shell from a tank, according to a video published by Israeli media on Monday.

Earlier, under a clause allowing publication, the Israeli occupation army announced the killing of two officers in the battles taking place in the Gaza Strip Gaza Besieged since the seventh day of last October.

Israeli media published the names of the dead soldiers: Captain Yaren Gali (22 years old) from Rehovot, a platoon leader in the Givati ​​patrol, who was killed in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip, and Captain (res.) Nathaniel Selberg, 33 years old from Nama, a team leader in the Yalam unit. He was killed in the battle in the northern Gaza Strip.

The Israeli army announced, on Monday, that 48 soldiers from its military forces stationed in the Gaza Strip were injured during the past 24 hours.

Earlier today, the Israeli army reported that a soldier was killed during the ongoing battles in the northern Gaza Strip and another was wounded, bringing the number of its deaths since October 7 to more than 458.
