Prime Minister Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, said the war that was taking place would be long and difficult. This was concluded referring to the support it had provided from its allies in the West and Arab world.
Reported by the BBC, Sunday (29/10/2023) Netanyahu also believes that his party will win.
“This will be a long and difficult war,” he said.
“We will win. We will win,” he continued.
Not only that, he also described the war that occurred after the Hamas attack on October 7 as a second war of independence Israel. “Israel’s second war of independence,” he said.
Netanyahu assured that his party would fight and would not back down. Netanyahu said additional Israeli ground troops had entered Gaza to “dismantle” Hamas and bring home the hostages.
“We will fight and we will not give up. We will not back down. Above ground and underground,” he said.
