Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that responding to the demands of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) currently presented means Israel’s defeat, and that it cannot be accepted, pointing out that whoever is asking him not to launch an operation in Rafah is asking him to “lose the war.”

Netanyahu reaffirmed what he called his soldiers’ insistence on continuing the war until the end, and that the war will continue, as well as the military pressure until the Hamas brigades are eliminated, and this includes a land incursion into Rafah if necessary, according to what he said.

Netanyahu said that everyone says that we must continue the war until victory, saying that “a quarter of Hamas’ strength still exists and we need to destroy its infrastructure.”

Netanyahu explained that Israel is working with US President Joe Biden, saying, “We appreciate his support, but we do not agree with the American administration on all matters.”

The Israeli Prime Minister revealed that he sent negotiators to the truce talks in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, at the request of President Biden, but they did not return to complete other talks because Hamas’ demands are “imaginary,” according to him.

Netanyahu explained that these demands include ending the war, not harming Hamas’ status, and releasing what he described as “thousands of killers” from Israeli prisons, in addition to demands related to Al-Aqsa Mosque.

He added, “We will not give in to any pressure or international dictates, because we are committed to eliminating evil,” he said, noting that he agreed to carry out what he called “the operation to liberate the kidnapped people a few days ago, despite its danger.”

Netanyahu also said that reaching an agreement with the Palestinians “will only be through direct negotiations between the two parties and without preconditions.”

This comes in light of the continued Israeli aggression against Gaza strip For the 134th day, which left tens of thousands of civilians martyred and wounded in light of the occupation’s threats to invade the city of Rafah, accompanied by international and international warnings of the danger of this, considering the city is the last refuge for the displaced within the Strip.
