Israel’s parliament is expected to vote on limiting the power of the Supreme Court. If approved, the court may no longer disapprove government decisions if they are unreasonable. The law is part of the controversial legal reforms that the government wants to implement. Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg is on trial for allegedly ignoring a police order during a protest in the harbor of Malmö in June. According to Swedish media, she risks a fine. The second stage of the Tour de France Femmes will be driven this afternoon. The hill stage from Clermont-Ferrand to Mauriac starts at 1.25 pm.
