On Tuesday, a video clip recorded an Israeli military vehicle overturning, after pushing a private car at the Zaatara checkpoint, south of the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Wafa News Agency quoted eyewitnesses as saying that Israeli army soldiers stationed at the Zaatara checkpoint stopped a vehicle and pointed weapons at the driver, who refused to get out.
After the driver refused the order, he was deliberately hit by an Israeli patrol, which led to the car dislodging and the military vehicle overturning, as documented in the video.
The identity of the driver or his health condition after this accident are not yet known.
The West Bank is witnessing tension due to the continuing war in the Gaza Strip, while Israeli forces are intensifying their attack.
Israeli army personnel also clashed with Palestinians in the West Bank, and raided some refugee camps there.
Since the outbreak of the war, more than 190 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank by fire from Israeli soldiers or settlers, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
