One of the X accounts spreading the news is Anastasia Maria Loupis, a user with a verified account who has millions of followers. He said that the news of Halevi’s death has been confirmed.
“Preliminary reports confirm the killing of Israeli military chief Herzi Halevi,” Loupis wrote.
Jackson Hinkle, an American reporter, also said on X that Halevi was killed, according to unconfirmed reports. Hinkle said Halevi was killed by a “sophisticated fiber-optic drone.”
The verified account, SilencedSirs, also posted a photo showing the image and name of the military commander-in-chief outlined in red with the caption “killed”.
Journalist Sulaiman Ahmed, who has half a million followers, broke the news by referring to “unconfirmed reports”.
Jerusalem Post he himself said in his report that the news about the death of Herzi Halevi was false. Despite that, there was no official statement from the Zionist army.
This news happened when Israel was still fighting Hezbollah in Lebanon and launched its brutal attack on the Palestinian Gaza Strip.
News of Halevi’s death also came several weeks after the death of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah as a result of an Israeli airstrike on Beirut, Lebanon.
