On Saturday evening, Israeli forces stormed the city of Jenin and its camp in the West Bank, the Palestinian News Agency reported.
The agency quoted security sources as saying that a number of Israeli military vehicles, supported by bulldozers, stormed the city from Jenin Nazareth Street.
Israeli forces also raided several neighborhoods in the city and the vicinity of Jenin Governmental Hospital, bulldozed the streets around it, and stopped and searched an ambulance.
Violent confrontations broke out at the cinema roundabout, the Kharouba neighborhood, the watermelon roundabout, and the outskirts of the Jenin camp.
According to the sources, a D9 military bulldozer is bulldozing Haifa Street, west of the city, with large reinforcements from Israeli forces.
According to the Palestinian News Agency, the Israeli forces opened fire directly on the press crews while they were covering the storming of Jenin, while they began besieging the outskirts of the camp in the city, bulldozing the streets and destroying the infrastructure, in conjunction with an intense flight of Israeli drones.
