She added that the Israeli forces targeted a number of citizens with live bullets and a drone loaded with explosives, “leading to the martyrdom of 13 citizens, 7 of whom were transferred yesterday to Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in Tulkarm, while the people and ambulances were unable to transport 5 martyrs, so they were placed in Abu Mosque.” Bakr Al-Siddiq is inside the camp, due to the siege imposed by the occupation forces, amid the interruption of electricity, water, and means of communication in the camp.”
For its part, the Israeli army said that it used a drone that “killed a number of terrorists” in the Nour Shams camp.
The army said it carried out the raid on Thursday in Nour Shams “to arrest wanted suspects, destroy terrorist infrastructure, and confiscate weapons.”
The army confirmed in a statement that there had been “an exchange of fire and the throwing of explosive devices towards the security forces” while its units were carrying out an “anti-terrorism” operation in the camp.
The Israeli police said in a statement that a member of the border guard unit was killed “during clashes with armed terrorists.”
