Israeli Forces Blow Up Home of Hamas Leader and Arrest Palestinians in West Bank Raids

On Tuesday morning, Israeli occupation forces blew up the family home of Saleh Al-Arouri, deputy head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), and stormed several towns in the West Bank and arrested a number of Palestinians.

The occupation forces stormed the town of Aroura in the West Bank, and surrounded Al-Arouri’s house before blowing it up. They also stormed the Aida, Al-Azza, and Dheisheh camps in Bethlehem in the West Bank.

Yesterday evening, Monday evening, Israeli army forces stormed several areas in the West Bank and arrested a number of Palestinians.

Al-Aqsa Channel reported that Israeli occupation army forces stormed the town of Allar, north of Tulkarm, noting that armed clashes took place between resistance fighters and occupation forces in the Shweika suburb of Tulkarm.

A joint statement issued by the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades and the Al-Quds Brigades said, “We caught a foot force from the occupation army in a tight ambush in the Shuweika area, and we targeted the force by firing a heavy amount of bullets at it, and we confirmed that there were casualties among the ranks of the occupation army soldiers.”

While there was no response from the Israeli army to what was stated in the joint statement.

Arrests

A series of Israeli raids targeted the town of Qabatiya in Jenin Governorate, where a young man was injured by Israeli army gunfire during the storming of the town.

In Nablus, settlers bulldozed agricultural lands belonging to the people of the northern region in the village of Qasra, south of Nablus, while Palestinian resistance fighters targeted the occupation forces with a home-made device during their storming of the Al-Makhfiya area.

Army forces arrested the two freed prisoners, Wassim Firas Mansour and Amr Murad Najjar, after storming their homes in the village of Burin, south of Nablus. They also arrested two Palestinian citizens from the towns of Zawata and Beit Iba, west of Nablus.

In occupied Jerusalem, the Israeli occupation army arrested 7 Palestinians from different areas in Jerusalem, including Dr. Nasser Abdel Jawad, whose house was raided by the Israeli army in the town of Deir Ballut, west of Salfit Governorate, north of occupied Jerusalem.

The Palestinian News Agency reported that two Palestinians were injured by live bullets during confrontations with the occupation forces in the towns of Anata and Al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem. A young man was also shot during clashes in the village of Dura al-Qara’, north of Ramallah.

Yesterday evening, Monday, settlers burned a house and attacked citizens’ property in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
