Israeli attacks on Gaza: Greek Orthodox Church hit, leaving civilians with no shelter

Israel continues to carry out its attacks. This Israeli onslaught made the residents Gaza screaming because they have no shelter.

One of the targets of the attack was the Greek Orthodox Church in Jalan Gaza. The church that was hit by an Israeli air strike is known to be a refuge for civilians fleeing war.

The survivors of this attack say they now have no place to take refuge, especially as the war continues to rage between Hamas and Israel.

“Where should I go now? There is no place to live,” said one unnamed survivor, as reported by Al Jazeera, Friday (20/10/2023).

At least eight people died and dozens of others were injured as a result of the attack on the church called Saint Porphyrius Church in the al-Zaytoun area, Gaza the city. The church was hit by an attack on Thursday (19/10) local time.

A report by the Palestinian news agency, WAFA, said children and women were among the dead. However, the amount is not stated clearly.

In addition, WAFA said the number of casualties and casualties may still increase.
