She indicated that members of the Civil Defense and the Islamic Message Scouts Association went to the targeted homes in Khiam and Kafr Kila, equipped with fire engines, cranes, fire engines, and ambulances of Kafr Kila, and one body and three wounded from Khiam village to Marjayoun Government Hospital.
