Israeli Agents Infiltrated Iran’s Counter Intelligence Service

TEHERAN – Ex president Iran , Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, claims that agents Israel had infiltrated his country’s counterintelligence agency. According to him, the infiltration was particularly the case in the department tasked with thwarting Israeli espionage.

Ahmadinejad even alleged that officials in Iran’s intelligence services were trying to cover up the killers of Iran’s nuclear scientists, including the head of the Islamic republic’s nuclear program, Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

Speaking to local media outlets, Iran’s former president, who was recently disqualified from running for re-election in Iran’s presidential election due next Friday, said: “A massive Israeli operation used a group of corrupt security personnel in the upper echelons of national intelligence. .”

The head of the “gang”, Ahmadinejad said, was the head of the Israeli department in Iran’s intelligence service. However, he did not reveal the names of individuals or the years in which he served in that capacity.

“This corrupt gang needs to expose its crimes and be held accountable for its role in the assassination of our nuclear scientist and the explosion at the Natanz nuclear facility,” Ahmadinejad continued.

“They stole important documents from the Turquzabad district near the capital Ibu [Iran], Tehran and from [layanan] our intelligence,” he said, referring to what Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called a “secret atomic warehouse” showing traces of uranium.

The accusations are unprecedented in the severity of such a prominent Iranian figure.
