Late Saturday night, Israel confirms that it has retaliated by rockets fired from Gaza earlier the same day with its own attack. The Israeli defense says they have attacked what they describe as “terrorist targets”.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) on Saturday night retaliated against two rockets that were fired from Gaza and which fell into the Mediterranean off Tel Aviv. This is confirmed by the IDF itself Twitter.
– IDF is currently attacking the Gaza Strip, they write. According to the news agency Reuters, the military says they have “attacked terrorist targets in the Gaza Strip”.
Hamas confirms that some of its security posts and training camps had been the target of attacks by Israeli aircraft and tanks. No deaths or injuries have been reported so far.
“Israeli fighter jets attacked a place belonging to the Qassam brigades, west of Khan Yunis south of the Gaza Strip,” Palestinian sources told the French news agency AFP.
