Israel says it is striking targets in Syrian territory in response to three missiles fired from Syria.
Details: According to the Israeli army, one of the rockets fell in the south of the Golan Heights, while the IDF did not have to intercept these rockets.
The Israel Defense Forces said it did not have to intercept the missiles, according to a tweet.
“In response to missiles fired from Syria at Israel earlier today, IDF artillery strikes on Syrian territory,” the Israel Defense Forces tweeted.
Shortly before this tweet, the IDF reported that the sirens were “sounding in the north of Israel.”
The IDF did not report any damage caused by the missiles.
