Israel called launching an air attack on the air base Iran near the city of Isfahan using long-range missiles, Friday (19/4).

The Israeli media Jerusalem Post as quoted from Anadolu Agency reported that the missile was fired by a Zionist fighter plane.

This news was provided by a source from Jerusalem Post from the army who did not want to be identified.

Previously, Iran immediately activated its air defense system when Israel attacked the city of Isfahan using drones.

Iran also says that they succeeded in bringing down the drones until they were destroyed.

Iranian media Mehr News Agency report that the Iranian military succeeded in destroying the three Israeli drones.

Before that several media reported that they heard three explosions in the city of Isfahan, where the explosion happened near an air base.

“The explosion heard in Isfahan was the result of an Iranian air defense system operation,” the official told Reuters.

Iran also confirmed that there would be no missile attacks from Israel. The government is also making sure that nuclear facilities in the city of Isfahan are safe.

Later, the Jerusalem Post reported that Israel fired a long-range missile from an aircraft at an Iranian airbase in Isfahan.

It is possible that the long-range missile was fired from the newest stealth fighter jet manufactured in the United States, the F-35.
