This search process includes checking their travel history, bank accounts and family activities both in Iran and abroad.
The security official declined to provide details on how IRGC forces currently communicate, but noted that they currently use an end-to-end encrypted messaging system .
In addition, Iran has also requested technical assistance from Hezbollah to investigate the attack, and several samples of the explosive devices have been sent to Tehran for examination by Iranian experts.
Israel releases arrested Jordanians
The Jordanian Foreign Ministry said that two Jordanians who were arrested by Israeli soldiers immediately after the deadly attack on the King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge on September 8 have now returned to the country.
The two men “are in good health and are now on their way to their families”, the ministry said in a statement to X.
It is said that the attack on a bridge between Jordan and the West Bank which was owned by a Jordanian truck driver opened fire on three Israeli border guards. The suspect, aged 39, also died at the scene.
