A fighter Israel they launched a series of attacks on the southern outskirts of Beirut on Friday local time. The attack triggered a huge explosion that was heard throughout the capital.
“Enemy warplanes launched a series of attacks in the suburbs of Beirut,” the National News Agency reported. AFPFriday (27/9/2024).
Lebanese television also showed plumes of smoke rising from several places in the area.

The Israeli military said it launched an attack on the headquarters of the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah in the southern suburbs of Beirut on Friday.
“The IDF (army) launched a strike against the headquarters of the Hezbollah terrorist group in Dahiyeh,” army spokesman Daniel Hagari said in a televised statement.
