The commander of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, Hunter Ali Tawil, is dead, after an air attack by the Israeli Forces. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel emphasizes that it was among those responsible for hitting the Lebanese organization last January.
“Following information from the IDF, the IAF struck and killed the terrorist Hunter Ali Taweel, who was serving as the commander of the Kfarkela Company of the terrorist organization Hezmullah. Tawil was responsible for firing hundreds of projectiles and anti-tank missiles at Israeli communities in northern Israel
Along with terrorists Mohammed Hunter and Hassan Deir el Rasheni who were also killed earlier this week, Tawil was responsible for the January 14, 2024, anti-tank rocket attack in Kfar Yuval, in which 76-year-old Israeli citizen Mira Ayalon and her son, Sergeant First Class (Ret.)
