The prefecture also opened a call center for travelers on the 11th (telephone (0570) 099023). According to the person in charge, there have been inquiries regarding reservation methods, systems, and participating facilities. Governor Hase Hiroshi told reporters on the 11th, “We are finally at a stage where people can go to Ishikawa Prefecture, stay overnight, and spend money. The entire industry is working together to move forward with the Hokuriku Shinkansen’s reversal of the Noto Prefecture. I want to connect this to a form of support.”

The prefecture is also considering facilities that will accept secondary evacuees, and plans to make additional allocations depending on the number of evacuees. The second round will be carried out within the budget even after the long holidays in May. (Yutaka Tashima)
