“Isère River at Record Low: Abandoned Cars Uncovered near Grenoble’s Scientific Peninsula”

The level of the Isère is particularly low. With the ongoing load shedding at the Saint-Égrève dam, the river is at a very low level. And this does not only have advantages: near the Oxford bridge and the scientific peninsula of Grenoble, more than fifteen cars have just come out of the water. Probably thrown into the Isère a few tens of meters further, these vehicles have been there for a few weeks, months or sometimes years. Faced with this spectacle of desolation, many people alerted the police, who came to see Monday morning the extent of the problem, in the company of firefighters.
