While the inhabitants of the right bank cannot move beyond 10 km, confinement requires, they nevertheless take advantage of this weekend to take the air along the river. And if the Rhone residents have the right to pass on the left bank to get to Vienne, the Viennese of Isère opposite theoretically do not have the right to go to the right bank.
