Available both on digital platforms and on CD, it is in vinyl in an atypical format of 10 inches (25.4 cm) that this album takes all its value. While it was mixed and mastered in Grenoble by Plastic Lobster Studios, the album artwork, with its opening cover, was also entirely homemade.
On the first side, Influence Néfaste unveils three raw punk tracks in the style of the 90s. Group of five musicians formed in 2017 and which is the fusion of former members of No Guts No Glory and Seekers of the truth. While we even find saxophone on a track, the great originality of this group is to sing in French. Texts that speak of chaos, violence, the street and its multiple wanderings where Paul the singer explodes the love / hate relationship he has with Grenoble.

Shinken has strong ammunition to respond. Since 2017, it is in trio that he evolves being able to turn to an even more punk and more raw sound in texts in English this time. Ben, the guitarist and singer, admits that the latter especially do not want to be politicized even if he tastes little of excessive capitalism. In three tracks, Shinken therefore deploys a hardcore as groovy as it is energetic in an atmosphere as positive as Rabelaisian.
