On June 1 and 2, the first face-to-face fair of this year will open in Barcelona in Fira de Barcelona. The ISE Live & Online is a contest specialized in the audio and video industry with a notable economic effect and of great influence in the world of leisure and tourism. The management of the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) fair assured before the pandemic that the celebration of this hall of global influence in Barcelona was going to have an economic impact of about 400 million euros. Expectations have been broken with restrictions on international mobility, but the launch of the fair in Barcelona on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week is a step forward in the post-pandemic economic recovery. The general director of the organization, Mike Blackman, was of the opinion that the economic multiplier effect of the fair was calculated between 12 and 20 times if the businesses that orbit around it were taken into account. Visitor prospects are still fuzzy, but well below the 90,000 aspired before the covid.
The ISE fair is a testing ground for June Mobile. The content of the halls at the ISE fair is highly specialized, but any company that wants to enhance its external image must be attentive to advances in audio and video. Projection systems, manual remote controls, cabling, conference infrastructure, digital signage, audio systems and content management. The use of audiovisual technologies in all areas is the favorite field, with specific themes added in each edition (augmented reality, virtual reality, etc). All these technologies are in good health in times of pandemic and with great growth prospects also among SMEs, after the relevant cheaper technologies used.
The objective of this very special edition is to help the industry face the future and recover the economic pulse after the pandemic. Attendees will be able to tour exhibitor stands, witness live performances on the ISE Main Stage, network, and listen to live music in a safe environment. Also meet the AV Cluster and representatives of the Barcelona City Council, visit the Catalan Innovation Zone and connect with the sector in the AVIXA AV Experience Zone.
