ISART DIGITAL international school preparing for the video game and 3D-FX animation professions, unveils the nine graduation video games produced by its 2020 promotion.
As every year the school has had the pleasure of organizing, virtually this time due to the health crisis, the VIDEO GAME JURY. An event during which students were able to present their end-of-course creations to a jury of professionals with the participation this year of DOTEMU, The Game Design Studio and Ubisoft.
This year is the video game Symphonia which received the Grand Jury Prize from the hand of Cédric Humeau, Art Director at Ubisoft and President of the Jury Pro 2020.
Symphonia is a platform game developed on Nintendo Switch in which the player embodies a violinist. His poetic universe and his artistic direction entirely carried out by hand unanimously convinced the members of the jury. Also of note this year is the arrival of the first student project developed on PlayStation 4 with video games. Koraora.

This year, the trend is towards exploration, since out of the nine games presented, five of them tackle the theme of discovery, exploration or travel. As for example with the video game Raf & Lemy: The Curse of Sakham I, an asymmetrical cooperative platform game taking place in a world of piracy. Each player evolves on a different level of the game and influences the progression of the other. The objective is quite simply to reunite the two pieces of the island that the two companions have unfortunately separated into two.

The video game Red Sails was also talked about this year by being spotted by industry professionals, and seeing his trailer broadcast during the PC Gaming Show on June 13. Red Sails is a journey-like contemplative exploration game set in a desert of quicksand. The player controls a sailboat that can evolve on the sand and will have to come to the aid of the shipwrecked while discovering the mysteries of this atypical environment with majestic landscapes.
