After a short battery life, the second biggest complaint from iPhone owners concerns the storage space of Apple smartphones. Or, more precisely, lack of storage space. The space I initially had was generous and felt almost impossible to fill, but as soon as I added games and took photos and videos, I turned my back on the wall.
You can manage your storage space, but hopefully you will have to postpone buying a new iPhone with more storage capacity. The starting point of your storage cleaning journey is[設定]>[一般]>[iPhoneストレージ]is. Here you can get an overview of what is consuming storage space (apps, systems, photos, media, etc.), as well as a detailed analysis of which apps are using the most data.
Here you have saved too many photos (or memes), downloaded too many audiobooks, frequently skipped drones, and Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Facebook each take up nearly a gigabyte of storage. I have learned. Just click on an app from the list to see a more detailed view. You can now delete the app to free up all the storage space or unload the app to save your documents and data on your iPhone.
One option: the cloud
You may have the option to view and manage the data stored by the app (the DJI Fly app has this option). With other apps, there is no way to delete data other than deleting the app. If you don’t want to delete the app, you need to launch the app and see if you can delete the data or clear the cache. In my example, WhatsApp has a storage management feature that allows you to delete videos and I uploaded videos to YouTube.
As for Twitter, I deleted and reinstalled the app, freeing up a lot of space. One recommendation iOS gives me is to offload unused apps and free up almost 8GB of space without losing data. I think of iOS in this word. It’s easy to understand because it’s just a click away. If I have to download a huge one again later, I’ll live with it.
The unloaded app has a small cloud icon with a down arrow next to its name, indicating that it needs to be redownloaded. This allowed us to recover more than 10 GB of free space. It is very good for me.
