Why can’t you send emails with the same content to the same email address in quick succession?
I often send notes and data from my email address to my other email addresses. Usually the same text several times (about 10 times per email address) in a row so that I have this data several times in case I accidentally delete one and so that it is in different folders. I always have to wait a moment for the emails to arrive. If I don’t do that, they disappear even though they were sent. If I wait at least 2 minutes, they arrive. But that only happens if I send them to the same email address. If I send the text to one of my other addresses for the first time, it doesn’t happen the first time, but then it happens again there too.
Why is that? It only happens when I send the same text several times in a row to the same address. Do my email providers then think I’m a bot because sending identical texts quickly seems like automated behavior? Although it usually works better if I write the emails as a draft.
How can I prevent this? The waiting time gets on my nerves because I already find this work stressful.
