So far, the latest information on the future of the Ford Mondeo in Europe is that will end next year without a direct successor. After all, you will no longer find it on the brand’s Czech website. But according to CocheSpias’ instagram account, this may only apply to Europe. What we are looking at is supposed to be the new Ford Mondeo.

The car in the pictures is probably intended for the Chinese market, as the pictures are supposed to come from China, the frame in the front seems to be similar in size to the shorter Chinese license plates, and we also see Chinese characters on the back of the car.

This is not the first time a car has appeared on this account that could be the next world. At the end of last year, a masked crossover or station wagon with a similar label appeared. The shapes of the front grille and lights were remarkably similar, if not the same as what we see now.

According to the Motor1 website, the new mondeo in China is to receive a two-liter petrol engine with 238 horsepower. It is not very likely that this car will reach Europe – if there was a possibility, there would be no talk of the end of the model.

Due to the preferences of customers, it can be expected that in Europe, instead of the classic sedan, liftback or station wagon, another crossover will fill the place of the mondea. There is enough space for another car between Kuga and the explorer.
