The news was received by MNC Portal Indonesia on Friday, March 12, 2021. Ignatius’ dismissal was carried out on February 5, 2021 when the government, through the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir, held a general meeting of shareholders (RUPS) for Pertamina.
On that occasion, Erick made changes to the composition of members of the board of commissioners and directors of Pertamina and its subsidiaries. One of those who was replaced was Ignatius, who served as the President Director of Pertamina International Refinery. The shareholders then appointed Djoko Priyono as the president director of the Pertamina subsidiary.
Changes in the board of directors have also occurred in a number of subholdings of Pertamina and its subsidiaries. Among them:
Refinery & Petrochemical Subholding (PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional)
– President Director Djoko Priyono. Djoko replaces Ignatius Tallulembang.
Power & NRE Subholding (PT Pertamina Power Indonesia)
– Managing Director Dannif Danusaputro. Danif replaces Heru Setiawan who in June 2020 was appointed as Director of Pertamina Power Indonesia. ( Also read: Democrat Party sues 10 parties related to the KLB camp of Moeldoko )
– Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development Said Reza Pahlevy. Reza seems to have only had a rotation because in June 2020, Reza became director of finance. Reza replaces Ernie D. Ginting.
– Finance Director Iman Hilmansyah replaces Reza who was appointed finance director.
Meanwhile, Pahala Nugraha Mansury became Deputy President Commissioner replacing Budi Gunadi Sadikin who had served as Minister of Health.
