A spaceship was parked just outside our atmosphere waiting for the scouts to do an inspection round on Earth.
The master asks: What do you have to say about this planet?
The Scout: It is incredibly beautiful with lots of different creatures where one in particular has created a relatively advanced civilization. For example, they have discovered the power of the atomic nucleus and managed to extract both energy and create a very powerful weapon.
Master: So there is intelligent life?
The Scout: Well, I do not know, they are aiming at each other.
