Ukrainian football player Roman Zozulya responded to the final decision of the Ministry of Sports of Ukraine to ban the country’s athletes from participating in tournaments involving athletes from Russia or Belarus.
Meanwhile, as you know, the Belarusian team is allowed to qualify for Euro 2024. That is, according to the logic of the Ministry, now the Ukrainian national team should withdraw from this tournament, writes Zozulya on his Instagram: “It looks like the football team is withdrawing from the Euro qualification.”
“The issue was resolved quite well,” Lvov defender Oleksiy Dityatyev added under this post.
“Hmm. Just in shock,” said Artem Fedetsky, a former Ukrainian national team player.
