EXPLANATION FROM BURSA GOVERNORSHIP

In the statement made by the Governorship of Bursa, it was stated that many measures were taken in line with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Coronavirus Scientific Committee in order to manage the risk of the coronavirus epidemic in terms of public health and public order, to ensure social isolation, to protect the physical distance and to control the spread of the disease. In addition to cleaning, mask and distance rules, which are the general principles of fighting the epidemic in the period of controlled social life, the importance of compliance with the measures determined separately for each field of activity / business line and the importance of effective control mechanisms were emphasized.

Referring to the circular of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which includes regulations on mask obligation and capacity in public transport, the Ministry of Internal Affairs published the following information about the new decisions:

“Rail system vehicles (subway, tramway, etc.) take passengers up to 50 percent of the specified standing passenger capacity of the vehicle between 07:00 and 09:30 in the morning, 16:30-19:30 in the evening,

Public transportation vehicles (Minibuses, Minibuses, Public Buses, Municipal Buses and Others)

Taking up 1/3 of the standing passenger capacity of the vehicle between 07:00 and 09:30 in the morning, between 16:30 and 19:30 in the evening,

The necessary decisions by the district governors within the framework of the above-mentioned principles are taken urgently in accordance with Articles 27 and 72 of the General Health Law,

It has been decided not to cause any disruption in the implementation and to cause unjust treatment, to establish administrative procedures for those who do not comply with the decisions taken in accordance with the relevant articles of the Public Health Law and to initiate the necessary judicial proceedings within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code.
