Hello I’m 15 years old and I am on the phone every day Tiktok, insta, snapchat also have a bit of reach on insta with 5k and active followers and a tiktok acc with 40k, but I notice how much time is taken from these social networks sometimes I had for No cell phone for a few days because of bad grades or something and on the days I somehow felt better, I don’t always have to compare myself with colleagues and such or with others, don’t see how nice it is with others where I’m in bed, everything was gone , I did everything during the day, my training and everything I want to be a footballer and I always managed my training. When I had my cell phone again, everything was good again, I think you know how to compare yourself to everyone and envy others what a nice thing Live they lead, What do you think of simply deleting Instagram, snapchat, tiktok, only having WhatsApp and YouTube because YouTube also has helpful things, music, learning videos, sports, etc. to get my life completely under control again
