Is NYC ready to reopen its subway 24 hours a day?

Mayor de Blasio guaranteed that the city is prepared for the subway service back to 24 hours at the end of this month.

De Blasio recalled that the suspension of the service in the early morning would be a temporary measure and that it is time to return to a normal schedule.

Although his plan to fully reopen the city is scheduled for July 1, he says the subway it will be ready sooner.
