Is Little Berlenti Eid the Youngest Talking Baby in the World?

Is little Berlenti Eid from San Francisco the youngest talking baby in the world? At least that’s what her thrilled family thinks – and they also have video proof of the six-week-old baby’s amazing linguistic skills.

Parents actually have to wait much longer until they hear their children say their first words: Most begin speaking between 12 and 18 months. No wonder Berlenti amazed her family when she learned her first word at just 45 days old.

The miracle happened while playing.

Her mother, Somer Galal, had repeatedly used the word “Hello” when the baby suddenly returned the greeting. “I was so shocked. I played with her and we just looked at hersays the mom, according to Express UK. The incident would probably be dismissed as wishful thinking by loving parents if it weren’t for video evidence: the footage from October 5th shows the magical moment.

The proud mom enthuses: “It was the most heartwarming moment. She might be the youngest talking baby in the world. At first no one wanted to believe me. I even wondered if I was just a crazy mother.”

But then Somer manages to capture her baby’s language skills on video: “In the second video she says it three or four times and now she says it regularly. She may not know what it means, but she sees us smiling and says it again.”

The baby’s name already indicates his talent

The mother is also convinced that her daughter uses the word consciously: “When I’m distracted by her, she says it to get my attention, so I’m sure she uses words to communicate.

Is Berlinti a little genius? Her parents are apparently working on it, because Somar is already teaching her daughter to count and play the piano. Her mom admits that the little one probably doesn’t know what she’s doing when mom presses her little fingers on the keys.

But at least the pediatrician confirmed that the baby’s brain is very well developed. “Maybe she’s a little prodigy,” Somer dreams. What’s amazing is how well the little one’s first name suits her: Berlenti means “brilliant”.
