When would it be better to refuel with diesel, gasoline or LPG – this time, or maybe next year? Most drivers ask themselves this question, bearing in mind that they should refuel closer to the weekend. Of course, it is mainly about financial issues and the potential savings associated with it. The answer seems simple enough, however.
Diesel, gasoline and LPG cheaper in 2021
If you take into account the last day of this year and the first day of the next, it is definitely better to refuel before the weekend. Drivers should remember that due to the anti-inflationary shield, we refuel cheaper until the end of May 31. But there is one small “catch”, because from January 1, the new rate will apply. It will be slightly higher than what we have now.
Thus, diesel, gasoline and LPG should be slightly more expensive. However, there are no large amounts, only a few pennies. Therefore, there is no need to wait until the weekend, but where the price is low, it is worth stopping and refueling. Although it will not be possible to save millions, we will refuel with fuel cheaper. And that’s what a driver’s life is all about.
As for January, it cannot be said that the prices will be higher than at the end of December. The beginning will be different, of course, but in the middle of the month the situation should stabilize and other factors will play a role. Among other things, the price of oil in the world, and more importantly the wholesale prices for which petrol stations will source their goods.
January will be a good month
The beginning of the year does not herald major changes in fuel prices. More should be expected stabilization of prices and minimal reductions. It is important for the next month, February, but what is happening on the stock market will be. Unfortunately, there is a slight price jump when it comes to a barrel of oil. There is still a long way to go to the level of worry, but it is definitely worth keeping in mind.
Diesel, gasoline and LPG should balance within PLN 0.10 down and up from the national averages. These are quite good so far, especially considering the prices from November, when records were broken in Poland. For now, there is no sign that the situation will return. Therefore, it is easy for drivers to look for the best petrol stations for their wallet.
