Is it true that Donald Trump’s condition is reportedly critical for the next 48 hours?

Washington D.C

President of the United States, Donald Trump exposed corona virus and being treated at Walter Reed Hospital was declared better. However, reports from sources with knowledge of Trump’s condition suggest otherwise.

As reported by AFP on Sunday (4/10/2020), doctor Sean Conley stated that Trump got up and walked. He also called Trump fever, cough and nasal congestion free for 24 hours.

In addition, his fatigue condition is also said to be getting better and Trump is not receiving extra oxygen. The information was obtained during the first medical update on his status since President Trump was admitted to the Walter Reed military medical center last Friday.

“We’ve been monitoring his heart function, kidney function, liver function. Everything is normal,” said another member of the medical team, Sean Dooley.

Even so, one of the sources with knowledge of President Donald Trump’s health gave a much more worrying assessment. Donald Trump’s condition over the past 24 hours is called a cause for concern.

“The vital signs of the president over the past 24 hours are very concerning and the next 48 hours will be critical in terms of his treatment,” said the source.

“We are still not on a clear path to a full recovery,” he continued.

The White House has yet to comment on the assessment. Conley, President Trump’s doctor, was evasive when asked if Trump had received supplemental oxygen in the time since falling ill. He only confirmed that Trump had not received oxygen in the hospital or while he was undergoing tests.

This leaves the possibility that Trump used oxygen at the White House on Friday before being referred to Walter Reed. In addition there are reports in the US media, which were not confirmed by AFP, confirming this.

As soon as Trump arrived at the hospital, Conley said in a memo the president was starting treatment for the drug remdesivir and had received an eight-gram dose of the experimental polyclonal antibody mix.

Conley would not give a “definite date” for Trump’s discharge from hospital or reveal the president’s temperature.

To note, the President of the United States of America Donald Trump said that he is currently in a very good condition. This is the first public comment since announcing that he was positive for the Corona virus.

“I want to thank everyone for the extraordinary support,” Trump said in a short video message posted on his Twitter account, just as he arrived by helicopter at a military hospital near Washington for treatment for COVID-19.

“I am going to Walter Reed Hospital. I think I am fine. But we will make sure everything goes smoothly,” Trump said as quoted by the AFP news agency, Saturday (3/10/2020).
